Terms of Use

Last updated: 25/10/2026

Company details are missing (legal name, tax ID, address, city and DPO e-mail). We recommend a legal review before publishing.

1. Parties and acceptance

These terms govern the use of the Fast Monkey portal, instances and licenses offered by [legal name, tax ID and address] (“Fast Monkey”) to companies (“Customer”). The service is business-to-business. Whoever creates the account or accepts these terms declares that they have authority to represent the Customer.

2. The service

Fast Monkey provides managed instances of video software (such as Fast Monkey Station and MCR Box), licenses and the portal to manage them. Instance panels are private: they open only through the portal, for members of the Customer’s team. The public video signal the Customer chooses to publish (e.g. the HLS stream and player) remains publicly accessible by design.

3. Account and team

4. Plans and payment

5. Non-payment and end of the plan

If payment fails after the retry attempts, or when a plan’s validity ends, licenses are revoked and access to the instances is suspended. Data and instances are not deleted automatically at that moment: permanent removal only happens after at least 30 days’ notice by e-mail, so the Customer can renew or request a copy of its data.

6. Licenses

Each license belongs to the Customer, is valid for one instance or machine at a time while the plan is current, and may not be sold, sublicensed or transferred to third parties.

7. Content and acceptable use

8. Personal data

Fast Monkey processes the data of portal users as controller, as described in the Privacy Policy. For the data of the Customer’s audience processed in the instances, the Customer is the controller and Fast Monkey the processor (LGPD art. 39): we process it only to provide the service and according to the Customer’s instructions, keep it confidential, help the Customer answer data subject requests, report security incidents without undue delay and delete or return the data at the end of the contract.

9. Availability and support

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and secure, with planned maintenance announced in advance whenever possible. There is no availability guarantee (SLA) unless agreed in a specific contract. Live video depends on the signal sent by the Customer (e.g. SRT) and on third-party networks and providers.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Fast Monkey is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits, for the content transmitted by the Customer, or for failures of the Customer’s internet connection, equipment or third-party services. Total liability is limited to the amounts paid by the Customer in the 12 months before the event.

11. Intellectual property

The software, brand and portal belong to Fast Monkey or its licensors. The Customer’s content and data remain the Customer’s.

12. Cancellation

Stripe subscriptions can be cancelled at any time in the portal (Subscription); access continues until the end of the paid period, without proportional refund unless required by law. Plans contracted directly follow the agreed proposal or contract.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. Relevant changes are notified in the portal or by e-mail at least 30 days in advance; continued use after that date means acceptance.

14. Law and jurisdiction

Brazilian law applies. The courts of [city of the head office] are elected to settle any disputes.
